-How can I confirm and track my shipment?

All payments are confirmed via e-mail. If you would like tracking information for your package please e-mail your request with name and address to: customerservice@agentseye.com and an agent will provide your status details.

-How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 24-72 business hours from payment confirmation. During PEEK shipping dates and holidays we require that you allow 1-2 weeks for processing and shipment of your order, unless guaranteed by product or seasonal promotion(s)

-Can my package be shipped from a DISCREET address?

For obvious security purposes many of our customers do not want anyone to know who the package is from or what it's contents are. We ship all packages from a discreet name and address so that no one will suspect AgentsEye.com products.

All standard shipments are professionally packaged and processed for delivery via USPS Priority or UPS International with full tracking and confirmation. Signature may be required to UNCONFIRMED addresses. We reserve the right to require a signature for any package. In most cases, signature is required.

Depending on the brand, a 9V battery will operate for approx. 8-12 hours. We recommend Energizer or Duracell re-chargeable.

-How do I record to my VCR?

This is very simple. Connect your RCA audio/video cable through your TV or VCR. When inputs through TV, switch to A/V.
