Shipping Guidelines: Orders are normally processed within 24-72 business hours after payment confirmation. All standard shipments are professionally packaged and processed for delivery via USPS Priority or Priority International with full tracking and confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number via e-mail. You can also request tracking details by contacting us via e-mail. Note that USPS Priority estimated shipping is 3-5 days which they do not guarantee. Signature confirmation may be required to receive your package. Please be available to receive your package or watch for notices posted by USPS. We are not responsible for delayed packages being held at the post office. During PEEK shipping dates and holidays we require that you allow 1-2 weeks for processing and shipment of your order, unless guaranteed by product or seasonal promotion(s). Any product that arrives damaged during shipment must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your package to ensure proper coverage. Damaged items will only be covered when optional insurance is purchased. International shipments are subject to your countries customs duty. We are not responsible for any delay caused by your countries customs inspection. It is recommended that you read and understand your countries customs policy as many countries including Canada may hold or inspect imported packages for up to 45 days. FedEx Overnight and 2 Day shipments are available and shall be requested in advance to assure we can meet daily time guidelines. FedEx shipments are packaged and shipped up to 2 hours before FedEx pick up times or items are shipped the next business day. Additional fees apply.
Product Warranty Terms: At AgentsEye.com we stand behind our products. A full 30 day warranty is provided at no additional costs for each product provided on our site. If you have any problems with your products operation you can return ship the item to our warehouse for free repair or exchange with no questions asked. Returns/Exchanges: We now enforce a NO REFUND POLICY. Items can be returned for exchange, in store credit, or for warranty repair/replacement coverage. Any items that are deemed inoperable upon arrival will be eligible only for repair or exchange as covered by warranties and site policies. Non-working products must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your package to ensure proper coverage. Damaged items will only be covered when optional shipping insurance is purchased or if product is covered by warranty. Any returned products must be shipped via an insured trackable mail method as we are not responsible for damaged returns or lost packages. AgentsEye.com provides extensive details and images of each product. We also have sales and customer service representatives available to answer your questions and help decide which products will best meet your needs. Refunds are not offered for products that you simply do not want. Companies can not be expected to take financial losses incurred with shipping and processing fees for items you later decide you just don't want or couldn't afford. Any refunds that we may decide to offer at our discretion will include a Service and Re-Stock fee of 25% which will be deducted from the overall amount. It is our obligation that your product is exactly as described, fully operational and/or serviced under warranty if required. Illegal Activity will not be tolerated: Returning items that were damaged at fault of the customer while attempting to force a credit card chargeback is illegal. You can not open items, use them, cause damage, or re-package, and write refused to sender nor can you return such goods while forcing fraudulent credit card chargeback's. Due to several members purchasing surveillance cameras to catch a thief and then attempt to return the camera within few days, we simply do not offer refunds. We are a professional company that will make sure each client is taken care of. However, due to deception and fraud we are required to revise our legal policies to ensure a 100% secure transaction for all clients while maintaining the best interests of our company and a full defense to any fraudulent activity. DO NOT disassemble or repair the camera, the receiver and other relevant peripheral equipment. Improper disassembly might cause damage. DO NOT shake or hold the antenna as this may influence the receiving of electromagnetic waves and thereby influence the receiving ability. DO NOT use the camera in places that are covered by metal such as an elevator which might shield the electromagnetic wave, and influence the receiving range. DO NOT use several cameras with the same frequency.
